Due to multiple concurrent renovation projects, it is often not possible for the client to execute all works simultaneously. From planning to construction, many months can pass. In such cases, having a reliable monitoring system to oversee projects requiring attention is crucial.

Using HAPPY MONITORING GNSS sensors, we were able to measure and visualize not only X/Y/Z coordinates but also tilt. Previously, tilt sensors had to be installed at specific intervals, requiring separate instrumentation for position and inclination—an expensive and time-consuming process. HAPPY MONITORING has successfully integrated both functions into a single compact sensor.

The sensors are equipped with the latest HAPPY MONITORING technology, processing GPS, Galileo, GLONASS, and BeiDou satellites, increasing the number of satellites by more than one-third. The sensors determine fixed coordinates in real time and transmit data to the cloud every five seconds. The data cannot be altered or falsified. An intelligent calculation algorithm automatically evaluates and cleans the data for each sensor.

Real-time data are available on the HAPPY HELIOS platform. Clients have continuous access via laptop or mobile device to the activity and data of each sensor. The data are available throughout the monitoring period for documentation. The platform can be enhanced with an alarm system, allowing the client to define threshold values for alerts, which can be sent via email, SMS, or warning signals. Relevant contact information is stored in the system. Clients thus receive 24/7, year-round, weather-independent real-time data without lengthy post-processing.
